Bars available to hire

Please take at look at our available bars and when you have found the bar/bars you would like to hire, please use the form bellow for a tailored package quote for your event. The quote can be amended as many times as you like (before booking) to ensure the package is perfect for your event. Once you are happy with the quote and you wish to secure the desired bar you can secure it via the quote sent. If you wish to have multiple bars please select one of the quote form and let us know what other bars you wish to hire.

The starting from prices shown only include the cost of the bar to hire based on our minimum term and up to two staff members to serve.

Prices shown exclude - Stock, travel and any extras.

As all events are different, we advise getting a quote and seeing how we can help, for example, If you need a bar for a weekend, for a public event our service offered would be completely different to a private hire.

All of our bars require a UK 13 amp power source nearby. If this is not available we can supply a generator for an additional charge.

One For The Road

The Stable

This mobile bar is our Stable look and feel horsebox conversion. Suited to any event. Capable of dispensing up to 4 of any of out draught products from our product list in the booking form.

The Gin Bar

Our converted Horsebox does not have draught capabilities and is designed for bottles and spirits for smaller events.

UNAVAILABLE - we have taken the decision to give The Gin Bar a little spruce up and install some draught lines. Once the work is done we will update you all with some new photos.

The Baby Bar

As the name suggests, this is our smallest bar. This one can be hired without stock or staff (a refundable deposit of £300 is needed for unstaffed option) The Baby Bar is only for Larger/Cider dispense. No Stouts/Ales can be dispensed on this bar. We can not provide spirits or extras with this hire. This Bar is most popularly hired as an added extra or for garden parties unstaffed.

The Baby Bar is perfect for smaller gatherings. Prices start from £100 (unstaffed)

The Hall Hire

Perfect for hall hires. This bar can dispense two draft products of your choice. This is the only bar that we offer that can also dispenses Prosecco. (this option is not in our list of products so if you would like to add Prosecco please add this in the notes)

This bar is only set up to dispense the two draft products and a small selection of free-flow spirits and mixers. The Hall Hire Bar is aimed at small hall/garden events. If you need more of a draft selection you can add on (subject to availability) The Baby Bar.
